Most of our chefs’ tenure exceeds ten years, they’re now part of training the next generation of kitchen leaders.
Our systems are focused on the quality and safety of our food and beverages, and on optimal utilization of our restaurant space. We operate central preparation kitchens in Shanghai and Beijing. Dedicated professionals perform central receiving, quality control and ingredient preparation, allowing the restaurants to focus exclusively on cooking fresh food. This also allows us to allocate a larger space than other restaurants to our guests, for comfort and maximized seating capacity.

We operate in premium developments like Xin Tian Di and Kerry Centers in Shanghai, to Sanlitun Village in the heart of Beijing and Taikoo Hui in Guangzhou. We succeed in a variety of locations, from mixed-use developments to prestigious malls and office towers. Each design is personalized so that every restaurant is unique, yet with shared décor features & materials for consistency and continuity across locations.
Our loyalty program members support our various charity affiliations, and put their points to work on a greater cause. Nearly 3,000 members donated points to the worthy causes we support. Since 2014, over 500 children received free schooling, more than 550 eye glasses were distributed, and over 1200 trees planted in Mongolia in our member’s names.
China’s biggest sports star, Li Na, shares our philosophy in believing that plenty of nutritious food every day is the foundation for success in life. She is a double Grand Slam tennis champion, wife & mother, and works with us by granting her personal approval ‘seal’ to many superfood-based dishes in our menu. Recently, we opened a co-branded Element Fresh & Li Na restaurant together in her hometown of Wuhan.

For our international community, we have a core menu which takes the best of our original menu. This also allows us to personalize additional items for each country, where we use the local supply chain, and therefore minimizing the importation of any specialty items. Our culinary team is continually developing new dishes and infusing different ingredients into our menu, and we share these creations with our franchise community, who will re-fresh their menus on a regular basis.
