ESTABLISHED IN 2002

Today, Element Fresh has nearly 40 restaurants across China, most in cosmopolitan hubs like Shanghai and Beijing, and forecasting a doubling of units by 2020. Plus, Element Fresh will start to franchise across Asia and grant exclusive development rights to F&B- and retail-focused organizations in key countries.

FRESH PASSION

We believe food is the heart, people the soul. We are passionate about fresh food, great taste, and quality ingredients; making ‘eating right’ easy for our guests, who love us for our delectable gourmet salads and fresh fruit juices and smoothies, but also frequent us for breakfast and weekend brunch, as well as evening entrees with a glass of wine.

QUALITY INGREDIENTS

Freshness, quality & safely are the foundations of everything we do. We are meticulous in selecting suppliers; from inspecting farms and facilities to conducting strict checks for each delivery. Many suppliers have grown with us since our inception, and we work with them to integrate new ingredients into our seasonal menus; recent arrivals include superfoods like kale, beets, red quinoa and buckwheat.



STREAMLINED OPERATIONS

We prepare all that is possible in-house and all-natural, including dozens of proprietary sauces, dressings and marinades. For added quality control and consistency, we operate state-of-the-art central preparation kitchens; and cook with minimal oil and no added msg. And we are proud that most of our chefs have been with us for many years, and are now part of training the next generation of kitchen leaders.

CENTRAL KITCHENS

Our systems are focused on the quality and safety of our food and beverages, and on optimal utilization of our restaurant space. We operate central preparation kitchens in Shanghai and Beijing. Dedicated professionals perform central receiving, quality control and ingredient preparation, allowing the restaurants to focus exclusively on cooking fresh food. This also allows us to allocate a larger space than other restaurants to our guests, for comfort and maximized seating capacity.
